Webster was found in the basement of an abandoned house. He has a spinal cord injury which makes him waddle like a duck. He is also completely incontinent and takes medications to help him empty his bladder. Because of his condition he is prone to frequent bladder infections. Having his diapers changed is not is favorite thing, but he does like his boxers!
